Hi,
Has anyone been found to have the NRAS and/or TP53 mutations and still gone thru with the anti-EGFR treatments? The former would suggest that Erbitux/Vectibix won’t work but research is not far enough to tell us for sure. If anyone has experiences with these or other treatments that were suggested due to these mutations, I would appreciate.
Please help.
