HI,

Did anyone yet compared protein levels, obtained by sELISA, in tumor with levels in blood? How do you express these levels? Is it correct that you express them for tumor as ng/mg total protein and for blood ng/ml plasma or not?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
